What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. Any unused profiles expire at that point — no refunds or extensions after cancellation.

For as long as your subscription is active. There is no monthly cap — profiles accumulate until you use them or cancel.
What exactly is a profile?
One profile = one fully researched German online retailer. It includes all 21 data fields (contact, company, tech stack, decision-maker, LinkedIn URL, and more) plus a bespoke AI market-entry report and a screenshot. You pay for results, not for clicks.
Can I add profiles beyond my plan?
Yes. Additional profiles are billed at €22 (Scout) or €16 (Explorer). You will always see the cost before confirming.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans have no minimum term — cancel any time. Annual plans are billed once for the full year and include two months free.
Do you offer team access?
Explorer includes 3 seats. If you need more, contact us — we will sort it out.
