We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the ii-scope platform at app.inputintel.com.

• Email address (used for Magic Link authentication)
• Payment information (processed by Creem — we do not store card details)
• Points balance and transaction history

When you use the platform:

• Profiles viewed and downloaded (for billing purposes)
• Search queries and filter selections (anonymised)
• Session data and usage logs

When you visit our website:

• IP address and browser information (server logs, retained for 30 days)
• Pages visited and time on site

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Account access: We use your email address to send Magic Link login emails.
• Billing: We record which profiles were accessed to calculate Points consumption.
• Service communications: We may email you about your account, billing, or significant platform changes.
• Platform improvement: Anonymised usage data helps us improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for.

• Brevo (EU-based) — transactional email delivery
• Mittwald (German hosting provider) — server infrastructure
• Bunny CDN (EU-based) — content delivery

All processors are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with GDPR.

• Account data is retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure.
• Billing records are retained for 7 years (UK legal requirement).
• Server logs are retained for 30 days.

We use a single first-party session cookie (iid_session) for authentication. This cookie is essential for platform access and does not track you across other websites. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies.
