Terms of Service

1. Services

ii-scope provides B2B market intelligence services including:

• Discovery: Access to our database of German online retailers
• Intelligence: Enriched retailer profiles and contact data via Points

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must be 18 years or older

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell or redistribute our data
• Scrape or bulk-download content
• Use data for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Violate applicable laws (including GDPR)

4. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Each subscription includes a fixed monthly quota of profiles (Scout: 10, Explorer: 25)
• Unused profiles carry forward month to month for as long as the subscription is active
• Upon cancellation, unused profiles expire at the end of the billing period — no refunds or extensions
• Additional profiles beyond the monthly quota are billed at the per-profile rate for your plan
• Refunds at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase

Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and software remain our property. You receive a limited license to use the services for your business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. No refunds for partial periods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
